Next week’s HR Tech World event in Amsterdam features an impressive lineup of speakers, covering a wealth of issues and topics relevant to the future of work. World leading experts will be taking to the stage to provide a rundown of emerging trends that look set to impact HR professionals globally. The big question on everyone’s lips, how do you keep up, ensuring a constant level of innovation while maintaining service levels and company culture? HR Tech World will bring together industry leaders offering their recipes for future success - we’re ready and raring to listen and learn, and utilise their insights.
As major macroeconomic drivers change and impact the wider markets we work in, so too do the smaller, industry-specific trends that are shaking up the traditional HR environment. Whether it’s Josh Bersin, Principal and Founder of Bersin by Deloitte, talking about the reinvention of the HR software market; Daiga Ergle sharing her experience of applying gamification to the talent acquisition and recruitment process at airBaltic; or William Tincup offering up his take on the most critical 10 trends in talent acquisition technology - the agenda is jammed packed with discussions about the tech advancements that are influencing the future of the industry. These sessions will provide practical guidance and examples for HR professionals to leverage in order to be at the forefront of HR innovation.
But beyond the direct application of technology to specific HR issues, the two-day show also offers a stream of sessions that dive into helping HR align with the the workplace of the future. Tuesday’s panel session, “Transformation: From HR Roadmap To Business Reality” will provide valuable, firsthand examples of how cloud has helped to transform HR in alignment with business strategy. And audiences look set to be inspired as Adrianna Huffington takes to the main stage to urge the HR leaders of the future to think beyond typical measure of success, and consider a third metric “based on well-being, health, our ability to unplug and recharge and renew ourselves, and to find joy in both our job and the rest of our life.”
Finally, one of the most informative and practical elements of the conference will be the schedule of sessions running in the Expo Hall on the Product Demo Stage - offering HR professionals the opportunity to hear about the products and solutions that matter to them. Our very own CEO, Lee-Martin Seymour, will be presenting on Wednesday 25th October at 10:30am, sharing his views of the value data-driven HR tools offer the industry and showcasing the Xref platform. We’re also looking forward to watching and supporting our integration partners Workday, SmartRecruiters and Oracle as they too take to the Product Demo stage over the course of the two days.
