I will also be joining the speaker schedule, to share some thoughts on the organizational threats created by the HR department. I’ll be sharing a first look at the findings of some brand new research we have conducted in Canada, to demonstrate the dangers of relying on traditional, manual recruitment processes - not just in terms of the hiring decisions you make, but also from a wider, organizational perspective.
Today’s HR leaders have greater visibility of and involvement in organizational decision-making, with more chance of gaining a seat at the board table and a chance to have some say in the way an organization operates, with its people in mind.
