Log in to Greenhouse, and select the job you wish to conduct references for. Select the relevant candidate and move them to the ‘Xref’ stage.
Xref will notify you as your reference check progresses. Once completed, you will receive an email with a link to a reference report. Go to the ‘interview kit’ in the candidate profile to see the results of your automated reference check.
Within the report page, click on ‘Answered’ to access the final detailed reference report. Or, find a pdf of the reference report within the candidate profile directly in Greenhouse.
