Log in to SAP SuccessFactors, and select the job you wish to conduct references for. Select the ‘candidates’ tab and choose your candidate.
‘Initiate a background check’ from the ‘take action’ button on the top right.
Stay up to date on how your reference check is progressing by navigating to the ‘Background Check’ section of your candidate’s profile in SuccessFactors. View details of all the activity that has occurred so far during the reference check process.
