G2 ranks Xref and Engage in the Winter 2024 Results

We’re thrilled to wrap up the year with the G2 Winter 2024 report. Thanks to the positive and continuous feedback from Xref users, we have been recognised as a Mid-Market leader in the Reference Check Software category and a High Performer in the Employee Engagement Software category. 

Importantly, Xref was awarded the Leader badge in the Reference Check category yet again, maintaining this position from Autumn to Winter and are continuing to cement our reputation as a market leader.

The Mid-Market Leader badge is awarded to organisations who are helping businesses with 51-1000 employees achieve great results.

The High Performer badge Xref Engage received is awarded to software products where reviews reflect high customer satisfaction scores, but the product is less well-known within the market than competitor offerings.

We're thrilled to receive this badge since our Xref Engage offering is new to G2 and we're grateful to our customers who provided amazing reviews; what it shows is the Engage product offering is best-in-class... And soon to be well-known within the category!

In addition, Xref remained a Momentum Leader and was awarded the Users Love Us Badge for the ninth time in a row.

These results hold significant importance for us as a company because G2 rankings represent the views of real software users. These are independent reviews from Xref’s customers and users. 

The scores are determined by G2's unique algorithm, which assesses software solutions and services based on customer reviews and data collected from online sources and social networks.
