Option 1 - Choose when reference checks are added
Visit 'Job settings' to select when a reference check will be sent. Include a reference check as part of an interview plan or automatically add a reference check when a candidate reaches a certain stage.
Option 2 - Configure reference checks for an interview plan
If configuring a reference check on an Ashby interview plan, select the relevant stage and add the Xref reference check activity to the candidate profile from the open role.
Option 3 - Add reference requests one-off
From the candidate profile, click ‘Assessment,' under 'New Activity’ to generate a one-off Xref reference check.
