CRN Award Winners: Celebrating our International Impact

Celebrate with us as we recount our growth over the past few years

The Xref trophy shelf is filling up fast and we’re adding to it again after taking home the award for Exporting Innovation at the 2019 CRN IMPACT Awards.

These awards celebrate Australian technology innovators and, through the exporting innovation category in particular, the companies that are successfully expanding their technology solutions globally.

We’ve achieved some exceptional growth since launching in Australia in 2011 and love to see the number of countries Xref is being used in ramping up every year.

In fact we’ve now been used by customers, candidates and referees in almost 200 countries.

This award represents another great milestone for us. In the last Australian financial year alone, we have featured on the Deloitte Tech Fast50 list for our business growth, as well as being named Gold Medalists in the HRD Australia Service Provider awards, in both the pre-employment screening and recruitment categories. We’re delighted to now celebrate our impact globally.

A big part of our international growth is thanks to the fantastic partnerships we have, particularly in terms of the smart HR tech platforms we integrate with. We wouldn’t have been able to achieve our global success to date without them.

And of course none of this would be possible without our passionate, savvy and empathetic team who recognise the challenges our customers are facing and go above and beyond to make their working lives easier.

We’re excited and grateful to have been recognised for this award. Here’s to what the next 12 months might bring.
