For some time, a major growth strategy for Xref, and a huge contributor to our global success has been our partnerships with other smart HR tech providers.

This approach to growth has enabled us to enter new markets with confidence, continue to meet the needs and demands of our clients globally and evolve the value of the Xref platform.

Today, we revealed the details of our latest strategic alliance, with screening and verification company, CVCheck, allowing us to offer a much-needed, best-of-breed solution for all candidate verification across the ANZ region.

Our combined offering

Once available, this integration will make Xref reference checks available via the CVCheck platform, while allowing our current customers to add multiple CVCheck products to their verification process, including:

• Criminal history checks
• Qualification checks
• Visa and work entitlement checks
• Credit, financial and business checks

All customers currently using both platforms will have the freedom to choose which they lead with.

And, while our combined offering is primarily focused on addressing a need in the ANZ region, our global customers will also stand to benefit from the addition of CVCheck to our integrations offerings, since the platform is able to gather checks from around the world.
