Xref and Xref Engage take home a record 34 G2 badges

Xref has been announced as the proud award winner of 19 G2 badges, while Xref Engage took home 15 badges in the G2 Winter 2025 Awards, released today. 

In the reference checking category, Xref stood out in categories such as ‘Most Implementable’, ‘Best Relationship’, and ‘Leader’. 

Meanwhile, Xref Engage ranked overwhelmingly as a ‘High Performer’ for Employee Engagement, taking home 11 badges at the high performance level across multiple reports. 

The Employee Engagement category is highly competitive, seeing 207 organisations across the globe, compete each quarter for 5-star reviews from real software users.

Xref and Xref Engage’s number of badges continues to grow. In the previous G2 reports, released in September 2024, Xref and Xref Engage received a combined 31 badges. In the previous summer reports, G2 awarded the brand 19 badges.

Best Relationships, Best Results

Xref led the Enterprise and Mid-Market users, for ‘Best Relationships’. G2 ranks the ‘Best Relationship' category by high scores in areas such as; ease of doing business with, quality of support, and likelihood to recommend.

Similarly, Xref users gave high scores for return on investment, meets requirements, user adoption and likelihood to recommend, leading Xref to win multiple ‘Best Results’ badges.

At a regional level, Xref Engage has been ranked a ‘High Performer’ across Asia-Pacific, Australia and Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) in multiple, separate reports. 

For the first time this year, Xref Engage took home a ‘Momentum Leader’ badge. G2 defines Momentum Leaders as ‘products in the top 25% of their category.’ This is a wonderful result for the Xref Engage team, competing in a heavily saturated Employee Engagement and 360 Feedback Software market.

Xref Engage led the usability scores for ‘easiest admin’ and achieved a ‘high-quality support’ score. High-quality support is one element of relationship scores calculated by G2.  The Xref Engage team can be proud of their outstanding customer satisfaction results.
